Colorado Fly Fishing Reports - Rocky Mountain Anglers

Local Report
Flows are still relatively high across the state but, we expect streams across the Front Range to start coming down over the next week or two. Lake reports for RMNP and Indian Peaks remain great.
Hatches Across Colorado
The salmon fly hatch is tapering off on the Colorado but, goldens are still around. In addition, we are beginning to see PMD’s here and there and the caddis are in full swing on the South Platte, on the Blue below Green Mountain and in Boulder Canyon. Hopper/beetle/ant dropper rigs are always a good bet this time of year.
Speculating on the Gunnison: Flows are scheduled to come down….we might just see Salmon flies yet.
